Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped her gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. It's not surprising that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week one day being lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
